Everything running coaches need in one login.
Structured run plans
Choose easy, long, tempo, intervals, hills, fartlek, recovery or race, then set time, distance and target pace.
Intervals, your way
Describe the session in plain words — “6 × 400m at 5k pace with 90s jog” — so runners know exactly what to do.
Distance and pace trends
Charts for run distance and average pace over time, calculated from what your runner logged.
A running calendar
Plan the week or the block, see what's done and what's missed, and add sessions on any date.
Strength alongside
Put gym work and runs in the same plan so strength and running sit together.
How did it feel?

Good questions.
Does it connect to Strava or Garmin?
Not yet. Runners enter time, distance and how it felt by hand. Importing from running apps isn't available today.
Can I plan intervals?
Yes. Describe the structure in words and set a target pace, duration and distance for the session.
Can I mix runs and gym work?
Yes. A single workout can include runs and strength exercises together.
